I recently bought Anno 1800 from the Humble Store (see confirmation in attached screenshot). I was able to download and install the game. However, when I try to start the game I get the following message:

Unable to start the game
This product cannot be activated right now, please try again later.

I tried to fix the issues with the following ways already:
- Restarting Ubisoft Connect
- Restarting my computer
- Verifying the game files
- Removing the UbisoftConnect cache
- Uninstalling the game and re-downloading the game

Please help me to activate my game, I am really looking forward to playing this game and I purchased it legally. So I cannot really understand why there should be any "activation problem".

For you information: I am living in Thailand, I am not sure whether that would trigger some fraud-protection system, I had similar experiences in the past with that. Also, I google for all post, questions and support tickets related to this error and tried all suggested solutions (as listed above) alread. So please do not respond with "did you clear your cache?".
