[2020] [Peripherals]Keyboard and Mouse are heavily lag at late game

Beginning of game, no problem, everything runs smoothly at 4K setting, but at later state of game (after building a few towns, 4-5 towns..) keyboard becomes heavily lag, it takes age to capture a key press and when it works, it may repeat a keystroke many time, for example, type 100 in the number of goods to sell at the port, it may put "1111000000...", something like that. Not only keyboard, mouse also gets lag, for example when I click a ship, it doesn't unselect previous selected ship automatically, I have to press Esc key, then select a ship, if not, it will select multiple ships like when using Shift Key + Mouse Click. Click on the building, it also behave weird, the game may not show up the building panel, I also have to press Esc, then select the building... Sometime it works smoothly for few minutes, then lagging happens, I try to return to desktop and let the game run in background to test keyboard, it causes lag even in windows desktop, mouse is OK, to stop the keyboard lag, I have to quit the game.

In short, later game cannot play at all, very annoying with the keyboard and mouse.
