Gasparov gave me the quest "Cruise Control" to escort two of his ships to his port. Upon arrival the quest objective changed to "deliver 0t" which never completes. Reloading the savefile didnt fix the problem. I cant reproduce this issue as the quests are randomized and I would like to attach my savefile but unfortunately i am getting a forum error of insufficient privileges. Game is running without mods.

Before we're able to forward it over, for reproduction purposes, could I ask you to provide us with your save file where issue is present? Do mind I noticed that you've attempted to do so already, however in order to upload the file itself, you will need to use any external file sharing website and then just simply share the link in this thread, when you'll have a chance.
