After accepting the destruction quest "In The Name of the Father 3 - The Deserter" from Anne it instantly completed. Happened after reloading an autosave as well.
I don't think the target would be destroyed that quickly even if it spawned near a harbor.
Another thing about this is that this quest was available at the same time as another, generic one, from Anne. Don't know if this is a bug or if the chain quests can appear separately.
