@SirHarryPierce - I see what you mean about the bars being missing. I'm not sure if this is perhaps a stylistic choice, but it sure makes them difficult to see! Before I pass this on to the teams, could you make sure to run through our troubleshooting guide? In particular, make sure you've verified the game files, and that your graphics drivers and OS are updated. This makes sure the issue isn't somehow local to your machine. My OS and drivers are up to date, have no background programs running, verify files regularly.
Still happening.
Regarding scholars missing from Residents in the Finance tab - that is because scholars do not provide any income and Finance tab is supposed to provide overview of your income and expenses. Since scholars don't provide income, their residences don't appear in Finance tab.
To find scholars go to the Population tab instead.

If that is the logic behind Scholars not in, the bug is different, most of the time Scholars are listed.
