[2020] Ubisoft Connect locked

Good evening

I am currently experiencing some issues with my Ubisoft Connect rewards. The Ubisoft Connect launcher says that I have unlocked all rewards. However In-Game i can not use the ornaments and ship skins.

Could someone help me?
