[2022] [BUG] Artisan do not upgrade

Heya @mercolkc , thanks for posting about this! I understand you've not been able to upgrade your Artisans, even though it is using resources when you try to do this. I'm not quite sure why that is happening, but I'll be happy to work with you to get it figured out

Can you run through our troubleshooting guide for me? In particular, please make sure you are running the game with administrator rights, you've verified the game files, you've got your Windows install fully updated, and you don't have any background programs which could interfere with the game. 

If you still can't upgrade your artisans after those steps, I'd like to investigate further. In that case, can you send me across your save file? Here's our guide on how to do that:

SENDING US YOUR SAVE FILE >>
Your save files for the game are located here by default >
Local hard drive save: %userprofile%\Documents\Anno 1800\accounts\
Cloud save: C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\4553

To send them to us, you can attach them to a new case on our Ubisoft support website using this link, and then let us know you have done this, in your forum thread > https://www.ubisoft.com/help/contact

Alternatively, you can also upload your save file to a file hosting website such as Google Drive, then give us the link to download it in your forum thread, if this is easier for you.

Please note that any case numbers or support ticket numbers obtained when sending us save files should not be posted here on the forum, as they are considered sensitive data. Instead, you can just tell us you've sent them, and we'll find them easily enough from there. Thanks for your understanding!
