Still no update from my missing DLCs that I purchased from epic store. I already attached all the screenshots regarding my case and its been already a week and all I got was one reply. 

-Attached there are all the screenshots from receipts and conversation from epic store. 
-Purchase was made last November. 
-Still not showing after verifying files on both Epic Launcher and Ubisoft explore.

I apologise you haven't had a reply to your ticket yet, but the team can only respond to tickets in the order they are received and we have a large amount at the moment. Please rest assured they will get to you and respond. Thanks for adding all the images required already.

I'm sorry you still haven't had a reply. I have seen others mention long waits too but we are still tackling a large backlog of older tickets at the moment. As I said before, you will get a reply once your ticket comes through to someone's inbox again, you don't need to keep updating it.
