External link →While we ourselves also occasionally scan e.g. reddit or of course our own social channels and look into issues we see being discussed, generally, customer support is the team you should get in touch with if you're encountering any issues. Either via the support website, the player support forums or their accounts on Twitter & Facebook.
They're responsible for all Ubisoft games, that includes Anno.
