[2021] Changing Email Address when i no longer have access to old address

Hi There

I created my Ubisoft account a number of years ago. I no longer have access to the email address that I used originally to set this up. I changed years ago to using a different account. When I try changing my email address to my current one, it asks me to check the email sent to my previous email address, which I can no longer access.

I tried going through the contact Ubisoft Help system, but this also requires me to access my previous email address to actually submit my help request.

How do I get around this?

@dakkaboom1 Hey there! You can reach out on the Support site without being able to log in by following these directions! Essentially you'll be starting a Live Chat anonymously, and then the team will locate your account and take it from there. Alternatively you can also send a private message over to the Support Twitter or Support Facebook with your old email address in the message, and they'll help you out!
