Hello there,
I'm stuck on this quest. I've retrieved the dynamite expert, and brought him back to my island. I've built the warehouse and I'm still getting the error icon that I'm missing the warehouse. I've got all the required items to start the phase including the workforce. But for some reason the icon is not going away and I'm unable to begin the excavation. Can you please help me with this?
