Hello, today I purchased anno 1800 complete edition year 4. After activation in Ubisoft connect I could not start the installation. It says error 17017. I spent 4 hours on the internet and forums to find a solution. I tried almost all the recommended solutions. Reinstalling ubisoft connect, resetting the internet connection, granting exceptions in the antivirus program, update windows and drivers, check server status, try cange DNS and more. I am already very tired and frustrated. Could I ask for some more advice on how to solve this problem? Thank you

Thanks for listing the steps you've already tried - that really helps me out! I'd imagine you've already seen our support article for this error, which in turn links to our connectivity guide, and you've done several steps from it already. We'd recommend switching to a wired connection if possible, and making sure to try a full clean boot to try it with all background programs and processes turned off, as these are extremely valuable troubleshooting steps that can inform on which steps to try next.
