Keyboard key "ALT" in multiplayer allows to ping other players with an arrow.
However, this conflicts with features that require the ALT key to be pressed. For example, when placing Land of Lions fields: you can "hold down ALT to only place fields in fertile soil".
But the multiplayer ping behavior has priority and makes it impossible to use that feature.
Hello @charles_wise - welcome to the forums! Thanks very much for sending this across. I understand you've not been able to use some functions, since they are bound to the same alt key that is used for pings in multiplayer. That sounds most inconvenient.
