Is it a bug that war boat named "Monitor"' didn't do anything ? They're just follow ennemy, but never attack them. And it's the same for classic fire or blue fire. Thank you

Just to clarify, have you noticed that the flame monitors will fire if the enemy target is not moving at all?
If so, and the ships only stop shooting when the target is moving that is something that our team is aware of and currently investigating.
