This is the way.
For those interested, I think it's clearly inspired by Paris' Grands Magasins, considered to be the start of modern malls.
The round tower in the angle makes me think of Le Bon Marché with its large windows and canopy. Also, the inner side of the building has a lot of glass roofs.
I don't know if they were specifically used as a reference in this case, but the first time I saw this building I definitely thought of Paris as well :)
