[2022] Can't see Great Eastern in the steam shipyard after major discovery

Hello,
after the newest update I can't see Great Eastern in the steam shipyard anymore.
I've made Great Eastern Permit after the update and steam shipyard only shows standard ships.

Is there anything else I have to do or is it a bug?
Earlier without two new monitors there were no issues with builiding the Great Eastern
