[2022] [Seasons of Silver] Second island's Oil

I feel like I'm missing something. There is the secondary island with oil springs, how do you make productive use of them? The island has no fertility, so no tractor barns there, and it doesn't seem to be possible to ship the fuel to the other secondary island, unless I'm being really silly.

@asterix201252 This is correct.
Fuel only needs a warehouse connection in the scenario. It can then be shipped with a regular cargo vessel to the islands.
