With Anno 2205 not getting fixed for about 6 months, I decided to install 1800 and start a new game. There's no dialog / voice in the game, though the cutscenes and other audio work fine.
I looked around online and found a problem related to this with old NVIDIA drivers, but I have an AMD system.
A few other posts have suggested the game fails with a surround sound system, which may be the case. Is there any workaround or fix available for that?
