Hi there,
Since this morning I've been having a problem with Anno 1800.
The program is making a connection and starting up as normal.
File is loaded but than I get an empty new world map with nothing other than one fishing boat with username Human0.
Only if i rotate or zoom out the game crashes. Crash report is sent to you.
My other safe files also cannot be loaded.
I really don't know what to do anymore as I do not see any solution online.
It's not the win 7 problem as I have been using win 10 on steam since the beginning
I have no clue what it could be since i do not see any reports on the same issue.
800+ played without any problem and I would be gutted if I loose my progress.
My ticket is 10049713
DXdiag & MSINfo is also sent
