I apologize for the delayed response, and I am sorry to hear that the Game Statistics for you are not updating
Have you tried verifying the game files to see if this may solve the issue? It could also be linked to a synchronization issue between the game and the launcher. I would advise that you can also try emptying the cache folder and perform these Connectivity steps for Ubisoft Connect. These should help for the game and the launcher to synchronize and bring your Game Statistics up to date.
