[2022] Eden Burning Scenario - Two Dam ruins progress completed on previous run do not reset upon restarting the scenario

I tried submitting a support ticket but got into a Catch 22 situation: only live chat is available as a support channel... but live chat is currently unavailable.

Eden Burning. I've beaten the Scenario once (getting the silver reward). Upon starting the Scenario anew (Begin Scenario) the Pyrphorian Generator and Pyrphorian Jail ruins AREN'T removed as the Tutorial page says they will. Only two of the ruins I've already removed in my previous playthrough were removed automatically and their corresponding resources were on the ground ready for pick up (steel rods and bricks).

The Tutorial page says that ALL cleared ruins in the dam area persist across playthroughs. I've beaten the Scenario once and that's impossible unless you clear all the ruins, I think. (<-- Not sure about this impossible part.) All the legendary items I've bought are available in my stash. I tried starting the Scenario for a third time with the same results.
