Bought DLC for Anno 1800 after playing Anno 1800 a lot. I bought the game and the DLC on epic games, the base game works, yet the DLC doesn't show up in-game nor in Ubisoft Connect under "Owned DLC" I sent something to support, but I also want to widen my chances of fixing this problem by posting this here. Things I've tried to fix the game by doing, Deleting the game, restarting pc, leaving my pc alone for a day to maybe let it sync up or something, I tried opening the game through epic, then through Ubisoft connect over and over, lastly, I signed out of Epic and Ubisoft and signed back in, no change. This is kinda [censored] me off, can somebody help, please?

So we can take a closer look at this, it'd be best for us to take a look at your account.

Could you please open a case via out Support Site, Facebook or Twitter and including your Proof of Purchase for the game and the DLC you're unable to access?

We can then take it from there to see why you're unable to access it.
