Hallo,
When i asked chat-help on the game Anno1800, i was connected to some Ubi-Jacomoto. i saw windows opening and aparantluy he had acces to my pc, although i had blocked that possibillity on my pc and he denied it, but.. windows were opening!!!!!. After that from time to time someone is accessing my gamplay tot tease me. . He is CHANGING GAMEPLAY.:
 >>>>>>Ironmines get changed into coalemines and traderoutes suddenly go past pirateislands for a while and more stuf like that.
Aparently its not safe to use chat for help. So from now on i wil use only email.

How safe is it to play Ubisoft games? does Ubisoft just forces itself into my pc? Takes acces to my pc? does only helpdesk has acces to my pc? how is it podssible you can acces my pc and my gameplay just as you please without asking me access?

Beside this, I want that that hacking & teasing person to be sacked and fined. Please give me his name and adress, so i can report him tothe police for a criminal case Something is terribly wrong here!
What is your proposal to me to solve this all?

Hey BenBezig,

sorry to hear you're facing issues with Anno 1800.
However, neither is the Ubisoft Support able to access your PC nor are they able to "mess" with your game. This is simply not technically possible.

You might have accidentally clicked on something on your PC during the chat.
In the game, thanks to the Research Institute from the "Land of Lions" DLC you can manually change the ore of mines (e.g. iron ore to coal). You can also determine where your ships are entering a session when setting up a trade route to e.g. avoid them going right past a pirate hideout.
