[2021] [Crash/Freeze]Since the latest patch, the game crashes on exit every time

Since the most recent patch was released, I cannot exit the game cleanly. Every time I select "Save and Exit Game" I get a crash dialog. Also get random DirectX errors while playing or paused (I believe this is a known issue with DirectX12 and RTX cards)
