[2023] Mapping Enbesa got bugged

Hey there @nanodesu88 , thanks very much for getting in touch about this. I understand you've not been able to finish the Mapping Enbasa quest, perhaps because you'd mapped it in a non-standard order.

I've had a look around, and I can't find any other reports of this issue, so I wanted to make sure our team was aware of it. Before I do that, can you make sure to follow the steps in our troubleshooting guide? This makes sure the game is running in the way we'd recommend, so that we can have a clear baseline for reproducing the issue on our end. In particular from the guide, please make sure you are running the game with administrator rights, you've verified the game files, you've got your Windows install fully updated, and you've (at least temporarily, for testing) deactivated all background programs.

Do you have a save from earlier, before you'd mapped the regions, so you can try this again and see if it happens a second time?
