Hi admin. I was playing game during 4-5 days and yesterday i continously getting directx error, why i dont know. I checked game files, installed new windows, installed even windows 11, latest drivers but nothing happening. I think this is about the game.

You've already done many of the steps, which is great! Please make sure to check for background processes such as system or graphics optimisers that might be causing a conflict, and run the game with admin rights.
If it still doesn't work, please try this support article, which describes how to reinstall supporting software - in this case, you'll be able to follow the steps to reinstall DirectX.
