I was playing Anno 1800 and finally got to unlocking Investors and as soon as I did that the game started to lag really bad so I closed it and restarted it in high settings instead of ultra. That didn't fix the problem and it seems it's ruined my PC now as all my other games are giving me around 50fps where I'm used to seeing 1500. Even the applications like chrome etc are loading really slow and I've even uninstalled the game to no avail. My PC is high end with a Ryzen 5800X CPU and a RX6700 GPU with 62GB CL16 RAM. What are my options now? I have attached a screenshot of GPU-z and it seems my base clock speed is low and the game has done something to it, I don't know how to fix this, any help will be much appreciated.
