Just bought Ubisoft+ and my DLC has not been updated, I got to the complete edition page and click the play now button under Ubisoft+ and it takes me to the ubisoft+ menu, I search for Anno 1800 there and nothing shows up, just other Anno titles

I can see you've already created a Support Case regarding this matter and the Ubisoft+ copy has since been added to your account.
Are you now able to access the DLC too?
