[2022] Deep Blue Ship Blueprints does not exist

Hi,
I finish the quest where I should get item Deep Blue Ship Blueprints. Final popup message with item showed, but I can't find item in any port. And if I try search this item in items UI, it seems that game does not know this item.
I have complete edition year 4.
