hey, i have bought season pack 3 for anno 1800, but it is not showing up in my library, i can go to my orders in ubisoft connect software and see that i bought it. i have tried to raise a ticket on ubisoft customer support but that was no help, they only asked me if i have other accounts and if i could supply those emails and usernames.. but i dont see how thats relevant,

anyone have any suggestions?

Thank you for reaching out to us!

There a few of known causes for content not being added to player's accounts;

  • Delay in delivery (please allow at least 24hrs from the moment of purchase for the content to be made available on your account)
  • Authorisation Hold (your bank holds the payment temporarily to ensure it is not fraudulent, until it is released and allowed to be processed, you won't have the content available, we can not speed up this process)
  • The content has been purchased / added to the wrong Ubisoft Account (this is why we have requested alternative email addresses / usernames)


If you have a case open with us directly already, this would be the best contact method at the moment as we cannot discuss accounts over the public forums, but feel free to share your Case ID here for us to take a look.
