I am having no sound from NPC voice lines when they give quests or tutorials, or for any notifications (newspaper, or expeditions, etc). Also don't have sound when I click on a house and the residents say something. I see the dialog box appear, but no sound. All my volume settings are at max. Has something changed with GU 16 ?
edit: this is for a new game, started after the update, by the way. It's not a saved game. And I don't have any mods.
