Since I downloaded the The DLC for the Anno 1800 Season 2 Pass the in game dialog cannot be heard on any Ubi Games that I have like Far Cry, or Anno 2070.

I'm sorry to hear you're missing audio!
As chris02918has rightly suggested - have you checked your sound settings to ensure you're using stereo rather than surround?
May we also what audio device you're using (speakers, headset)?
