[2020] [Bug] Rare Anarchist Defectors Rewards had not been received, it's may one item...

I had been no issues received item when I'm accepted Anarchist Defectors when common item sure as specialists items, many hours later, there is 2 time, Anarchist Defectors reward Legendary Specialist item, called Seraphim Papadikas, The Window Dresser, I was supposed to had 2 now, but I checked Items Chart Screen to track them down, but it's said I don't had at all. It's should be in Ditchwater Main warehouse dock, but there isn't any. I did indeed Accepted Anarchist Defectors rewards as usually, but didn't get this reward, but no issues epic or lower reward, I think. But I'm not sure it's just this item or more.
