I know I have some spare items that I want to find and transport to where they are to be used. I can't remember where they are. So, I look at the relevant item in the statistics menu with all items selected. I would expect that with only the Equipped box checked, I would see only the ones already in a Trade Union (or Town Hall) and with the In Storage box checked, I would see only the ones not yet installed and held in Trading Posts. I am sure it used to work like that. However, I find that I see now all of them regardless of whether those boxes are checked or not.
