Is there a way for me to buy (pay) for the game (Anno 1800 Complete Edition), but send it as a gift to someone? So i pay for it but someone else receives the digital copy?
If so, could someone please step-by-step me through the process?

Hey there PaVll6!

Steam does support a gifting function for digital games and content, however Uplay PC does not currently have such a feature.

Therefore you wouldn't be able to purchase the game via your Uplay PC and send it on as a gift.
