hello,
My psn name is Worldtour1966 and i can't connect to ubisoft connect on ps5 in the game assassins creed valhalla. Therefor i am not able to retrieve the weekly awards. this is going on for several days now. just before that the game didn't register my headshotkills for the community challenge, and i used all different bows for it. furthermore i have a corrupt save file error for several weeks already, i don't know if the 2 problems are connected to each other.
i hope this can be resolved and that i can retrieve my rewards.

Sorry to hear that you have encountered all 3 issues.

It is possible that they are in fact linked to each other.

For this I would recommend to complete our connection troubleshooting guide in full.to configure your network for the game.
