Indeed, for generel forum feedback, that's the place to go.
If it's Anno specific, you can post it here.
We're indeed not transferring threads from the old forum to the new one (as per announcement here: https://forums.ubisoft.com/showthread.php/2353388-Update-Announcement-New-Anno-forums) but you can still access and read the old forums to e.g. look up certain things or to start a new thread as a follow-up to one on the old forums.
@fissilecore When you received a reply on the old forums, it's being investigated. If your report was new, I'd indeed recommend posting it again on the new ones.
