I wonder why the beer festival can not affect advanced rum distilleries? It should affect all alcohol production chain like it describes.
I suppose this is a bug since clearly advanced rum distilleries is producting alcohol, and beer festival can even affect the normal rum distilleries.
Please fix this bug, because I am in a priod of lacking rum and I need the boost of festival to get more rum.
And I found that Workshop: Cognac also does not be affected by beer festival.
