It seems to me that the mezcal consumption is not being affected by the restaurant and bar.
Even though I have both the restaurant and the bar running with the appropriate recipe to significantly reduce mezcal consumption of tourists and engineer skyscrapers, the rate remains unchanged regardless if I pause or start the restaurant/bar.
