In that case, we'd seek to troubleshoot further with some system files, which we can use to see what information Windows' Error Reporting has logged about the crash you've had. You'll find our guide showing how to generate those system files here.

In your message to us, feel free to link to this forum topic so they can see you've already done the basic steps. Please also try to describe to them what happens when the game crashes - does it quit out to desktop automatically, do you get an error message, do you have to force quit the program with task manager, and so on
