[2023] Trade routes issue

Hello,

Trade routes are not properly functioning. Often at times they don't collect nor distribute resources to the designated area.
For example, sending silk from one island to another sometimes works sometimes not, even when there is room for that particular resource.
Does anyone else experience this issue and do you know how to fix it?
