Please fix that bug. Sometimes (after returning from an expedition), The flag does not work as intended. It is equipped, but no flag is shown and the ship gets attacked + destroyed. (Compare to the other ships that are having a flag above their sails)

Possible cause: When you receive 1 item and you say "yes, i want it", but you have no more space in your ship and thus throw the new item away. That might be the cause of that issue.

It's really annoying, because I have to reload everytime that bug happens to get my ship back.
