[2023] Diplomacy Bug?

Whenever I select the Diplomacy Wheel, I can ask for a cease fire etc., on the RH side. But is not possible to select the LH side "Actions" side in the diplomacy menu, so can't Flatter etc.
Has anybody else noticed this, or have an explanation/fix?

@alandonovan Hey there! The team has identified an issue where when "Sticky Selection" is enabled, diplomacy actions cannot be selected. They are working on a fix, so please keep an eye out for updates
