When you let bypass the time when AI asks you whether they can settle down it can happen that the AI reacts angry although they settle down. In the history under diplomatics it is correct +5. It also applies that. Note that this happend while on maximum game speed. Because the notification disappeared so fast I have no screenshots available ofc.
