Arch-Archbishop Archibald:
1. No impact on working conditions observed (should have -35%); this doesn't seem to work in the Old World either.
2. It does regard the Chapel as Church (unlike Pope Lucius - see my other post related to him) and so it does provide the Hacienda Jornalero Quarters with Schnapps.
3. However, in case of Hacienda Obrera Quarters & regular Obrera Quarters it does not provide Beer.
