Hi I just bought ACB, download it and have been ready to play. But this oocurs :



Translation: Chcek if the instalation was done properly. If I navigate this screen to the folder

C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\games\Assassin's Creed Brotherhood

It replazs that all files are ok, but the game still does not launch. I read many solutions but nothing work for me. I have only one disk 😄

Could you please help me?

This error message usually appears when a Ubisoft game is being launched from a different Ubisoft account to the one it was purchased from. Have you used any other email addresses to login to Ubisoft games in the past?

I assume in the last screenshot there it doesn't show the Verify Game Files option?

If you try moving the game folder to the desktop, does it change the option to Install?

@p-p-iii Thank you for getting back to us, we're glad to hear that you were able to get the game running.

Unfortunately Czech is not a Supported language for Subtitles, as you can see the available language options here
