[2022] Game doesnt recognize "New World Rising" DLC.

Hello guys, this is my first time posting since its the first time ive had an issue with the game.

When the New World Rising came out, I went on the Epic Game Store and got the DLC like i always did. The game updated, but when in open it, nothing. I try restart, reinstall etc. nothing helps. Then i try buying the Old Town cosmetic DLC, and that works for some reason, and yet still the game tells me too buy New World even thou Ive already own it. I try contacting Epic that ended in a back and forward for a week with no solution, no answer from Ubisoft support. And it doesnt seem like Epic will refund me the DLC so I atleast can try to buy it again and see if that helps.

Sorry for the rant, any help would be great, since i just want to complete my Anno 1800 collection, so I and play it since its the last part of season 4.
