I want to buy season 1 pass for a couple of my friends, i already have it... if i buy it again will it just be applied to my account again or will i get codes that i can give to my friends ?

Is this through Uplay? It's not possible to gift items on Uplay so this wouldn't be possible unfortunately. The pass will be downloaded to whichever account is signed in at the time, you are not given a code.
