I'd like to first ask if you have made any changes to your set-up recently/just before these initializing issues started to happen, and how long ago roughly did they begin?

Did you install any new updates either for your drivers, OS, or for the game or launcher?

If you haven't already, I would advise you try starting the game with either DX11 or DX12 (depending on which you're currently using) as this has helped some other players in the past.
