For a few days now, my games on anno 1800 have not been done.
I reinstalled the game but nothing worked.
When I go to my documents no anno 1800 file is present, and worse the backup does not do on the cloud.
Help me please

Sorry to hear you're having trouble locating files for Anno 1800, and that your cloud save is not functioning.
To help us troubleshoot this issue, would you be able to let us know if you're launching the game through Steam, or Ubisoft Connect? Despite not being able to locate any of the files, are you still able to play the game by running it from your chosen launcher?
